First time training includes a 60 minute session to go over paperwork, goals and expectations. 

All sessions will be completed with your trainer at the trainer's home.  Each session will be designed for you and your specific goals in mind.  Your trainer will help guide you through each movement making sure you have proper form and technique. Training sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and every session will last for 50 minutes. 

Your sessions are vaild for up to 6 months.   

Walk and Talk

10 Walk and Talk Sessions $325.00 

Looking for some extra motivation to get out and move?  Let’s meet you and we can walk and talk.  

A walk and talk session will take place outdoors.  Each walk will last 30 minutes long. The location of walks will be determined prior to each session around the Sycamore or DeKalb area.   

Traveling Personal Training

8 Travel Sessions for $330.00

Travel sessions are perfect for those who want to train from the comfort of their own home. Your trainer will travel to your home with light equipment and will use what you have on hand to create a custom workout that you can do from home. Your trainer will help guide you through each movement making sure you have proper form and technique.

Sessions will last 45 min long and location of your home will need to be in the Sycamore and DeKalb area. First time training will include a 60 min session to meet, go over goals and view the equipment that you have on hand. Sessions are available Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

All sessions are valid for up to 6 months.

Personal Best 6 weeks to a 5k

This 6 week strength and running program will have you crossing the finish line with confidence. You will receive a detailed plan each week that will include a strength/balance/resistance workout and specific runs. Flexibility is key, you choose what day you strength train or run. Warm-ups, cool downs, the do’s and don’ts of running will be given to you.

You trainer will be with you each step of the way.

Plans are set up to meet either 1-2 days a week in person or virtual.
